Email & Mobile Phone Policy

This document explains the rules for using the email and mobile phone information you share with KDP Self Publishing.

3. Stop & Unsubscribe

If you want to stop getting emails or messages on your mobile, you can:

• To stop receiving emails, click the "unsubscribe" link found at the bottom of any email you get from us.
• To stop mobile messages, simply reply with "STOP" or “Unsub” or “Unsubscribe” to any SMS you receive from us. The messages will be halted immediately.

4. Frequency of Communication

We'll aim to keep our messages at a reasonable frequency. Yet, there might be exceptions during special project updates or urgent notifications.

5. Security of Information

We'll keep your email address and mobile phone number private and won't share them with third parties unless you explicitly agree, except as mandated by law.
